and determining that said improvement be made and ratifying and confirming all
other oroceedings heretofore had,
WHEREAS,. the City Council cf Columbia Heights, Minnesota, met on the

appear and be heard by the Council with respect to benefits and to the
proportion of the cost of making the lccaI improvement, above described, a
notice of such hearing having been heretofore duly published as required
by law, and
WI~m~EAS, ~his 0ouncil has heretofore estimated~and fixed the cost of
such local improvement and has prepared an assessment roll therefore,
THE CITY OOUNOIL O~ COLUmBIA HEIGHTS MM~.,REBY RESOLVES:
Section I. That this Council ~es hereby adopt the aforesaid
assessment roll~/~known and described as "Assessment Roll for LOcal Improve-
ment No. /~-~, .,
Section II. That this Council hereby finds and determines that each
of. the lots and parcels of land enumerated in said assessment roll was and
is especially benefitted by such improvement in an amount not less than
the amount set opposite the description of each such lot or parcel of land
respectively in said' assessment roll in the column headed "Amount of
Proposed Assessment,. And this Council further finds and determines that
the proper proportion of the cost of such improvement to be especially
assessed against such lot or parcel of land is the amount set opposite
the description of each such lot or parcel of land respectively in said
assessment roll .in said col~m_~_ headed "Amount of Proposed Assessment~.
Section Ill. That said assessment roll be and the same is hereby
adopted as .the assessment roll for the following local improvement
hereinbefore described, and that said assessment roll shall be hereafter

Section IV. That said assessment shall be payable in ann~! install-
