assessment roll l~ow~ and desk,riced as "Assessment Roll for Local I~provc-
ment No. ~~
Section II. That this Council hereby finds and detera~ines that each
of the lots and parcels of la~d en~merated in said assessment roll was
is especially benefitted by such i~'aprovement in ~ a:~o~t not lass than
the ~ou~t set opposite tl~e description of each such lot or oarce! of
resoectively, i~ said asse~e..t~ roll i~ :~i~e col~r~a headed "~o~t of
Proposed Assesm:~ent". ~d~ t~is Co~cil further YimAs an2 deter~ines that
the proper ~rooortior~ of t!~e coat of such i~]~Drove,~e~t to be es'Decial!y
assessed against suci~ lot or parcel of l~d is the ~m~t set composite
the descri'otion of each such lot or parcel of !s~d respectively in said
assessment roll in said co!,m~ headed "~nt of Proposed Assessment".
