~HEREAS: A petition has been presented to the City Co~cil for the
installation of curb and gutter on 0th Street N~E., between 47th Ave.
and ending at 51st Ave. N.E.; and,
~HEREAS: Said petition was duly referred to the City Manager to be
checked for delinquent taxes, and to prepare an estimate of the costs of
said imrpovement, and a list of the lots and parcels of land to be benefited
thereby; and,
WHEREAS: The City Manager has made his report that the property in-
volvee fulffills the requirements of the law as to delinquent taxes, and has
prepared his estimate of the costs of said improvement and the lots and par-
cels of land to be benefited thereby; and,
',WHEREAS: Said Local Improvement is to be known of ~ Local Improve-
ment No. 105;
BE IT H~REBY RESOLVED: That the City Manager be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to commence the work o~
108 as soon as maybe possible.
