TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIYT OF COLUtlBIA HEIGHTS HERL~Y R~'SOLVES:
That there be and there hereby is created a fund to be known
as the "Band Fun~g. That such fund shall be used to maintain ~ Municipal
Band to be desig~ated as Columbia Heights ~tunicipal Band.. That the said
band shall be under the supervision of the Columbia Heights Park Board,
which board shall authorize all expenaitures of ~blic funds incurred
by said band.
