THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C 0LUMBIA HEIGHTS HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the City Treasurer be and she hereby is authorized ~nd instructed
to transfer the sum of ,~~, ./~~/~~.~).Dollars from
the Ltqour ~und to the Band Fund, and the City Council hereby finds that
there is sufficient surplus monies in the Liquor Fund to make such transfer.
