COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, MN 55421 I, Lewis Kocur, executor for the Estate of Helen Kocur, Hereby request a split of PIN 36 30 24 24 0063, legally described as: The South one-half (1/2) of Lot 44 and West one-half (1/2) of North one- half {1/2) of Lot 44, Block 3, Reservoir Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement for 42 1/2 Avenue N.E. over the North 30 feet. THE DESCRIPTION HENCEFORTH TO BE: The North Half of Lot 44, Block 3, RESERVOIR HILLS, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the East Half thereof.
