ADOPTING CHANGES IN WAGE RANGES AND ESTABLISHING WAGES FOR
TEMPORARY PART-TIME LIBRARY POSITIONS,
SEASONAL PUBLIC WORKS POSITIONS, SEASONAL/TEMPORARY RECREATION POSITIONS,
AND BIKE PATROL OFFICER
WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights adopted a Wage Compensation Program for Non-Unionized City
Employees effective January 1, 1980 (Resolution 80-47), which indicated that on an annual basis changes will be
adopted in Wage Ranges, based upon reliable survey data.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the City of Columbia Heights establishes wage ranges for non-
unionized temporary part-time Library positions, seasonal Public Works positions, seasonal/temporary Recreation
positions, and bike patrol officer, as indicated on Schedule I, II, III, and IV, which are on file in the office of the City
Manager; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such schedules be effective January 1, 1997.
