HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 59-12RESOLUTION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that a Special Use Permit be granted to Everett Collins to conduct a trucking operation and trucking terminal on the following described lands and premises; to-wit: S½ of Lot 2, lying westerly of University Ave.,Rearrangement of Block E. Easterly portion of Lots 13 and lA, being a tract 168.65' as measured on Northerly line of Lot 14 and 233' as measured on Southerly line of Lot 13, Rearrangement of Block E. Under the following terms and conditions: (a) That said permit is granted for a period of three (3) years, from the date thereof. (b) That the existing building upon said premises be painted forthwith; and that the cupola be removed forthwith. (c) That the said Everett Collins release the easement of which he is now possessed to 3rd Street, save and except the easterly 20 feet thereof. (d) That the land and premises above described be immediately cleaned and kept in orderly condition during the duration of the Special Use Permit herein. (e) That the said Everett Collins immediately take the necessary steps to provide sanitary facilities to said premises. The installation of satisfactory sanitary facilities completed by June 1, 1959, and that the installation meet all codes covering such installation. (f) That the above described premises be fenced in its entirety, the type and nature of fencing to be used to meet with the requirements of the City Engineer of the City of Columbia Heights. (g) No operation shall be conducted on the said premises contiguous to the south, west and north sides of the now existing building, between the hours of 12 midnight and 6 a.m. of any day, that the lands contiguous to the Easterly side of the now existing building can be used without any limitations as to the hours of operation. BE tT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any charged violation shall be brought in the same manner and use the same procedure as set forth in Ordinance No.171 and amendments thereto. That any conviction of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall result in a revocation of the special use permit granted herein.
