The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves
that WHEREAS, Special assessments for
Lot 30, Block 8, Hilltop Addition
on Job No. 23~ in the smount of $51.00 have been paid in full;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT the County Audito~ be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to strike from the assessment rolls the
aforesaid assessments.
