HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 52-25RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORY This is to certify, that at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota, duly called and held on June ... 10th , 1952, the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED, That we hereby designate the First National Bank of Ninneapolis as a depository for moneys of this City for a period of seven months, beginning the 1st day of June, 1952, and the Treasurer of' this City is hereby directed to de- posit moneys of this city in said bank; and the said First National Bank of ~f, pls. is hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks or orders, when signed by the Treasurer, for the withdrawal or transfer of funds on deposit in said Bank in whatever form° BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in case such deposits shall at any tLv. e exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, said depository shall immediately furnish bond or securities in lieu of bond according to law, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, ~innesota, is hereby designated as a place for the safekeeping of all securities furnished in lieu of such bond.
