HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 51-60RESOLUTION ~.WE~EAS, unseasonable weather of the nature of a spring breakup has resulted in roads becoming impassable in the Hilltop sub-division, and; V. HEREAS, as a result the health and safety of the residents are en- dangered because of the inability to provide transportation there, including fire trucks, police cars, and ambulances. NOW T.w~REFoRE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, in special meeting this ~th day of December 1951, that an emergency exists in said Hilltop area, which results in the necessity for emergency expenditures to make roads passable again.
