The City Manager noted that although there will be many

all of the qualifications which would make it a prime
candidate for approval.

available for the public. Roil call: All ayes

Motion by Clerkin, second by Peterson
reading of the resolution there being

to waive the
ample copies
It was noted that the last time there was an increase in
water and sewer rates in the City of Columbia Heights was
in 1982. Since that time the City of Minneapolis, who
supplies the water for Columbia Heights, has raised its
rates twice and Columbia Heights has absorbed those
increases and has not raised rates.
Noting that the Council had only received the pro formas
at this meeting and that the Council was considering
monthly utility billings, Councilmember Nawrocki felt
more consideration should be given this matter at a
Council work session.
Motion by Nawrocki to table for further discussion at a
Council work session. Motion dies for lack of a second.

placed on these vehicles if they are taken to the

can be done, but if they are not sold the City is still
