Dear Valued Commercial Customer:
I would like to thank you for using TruGreen*ChemLawn this past season. I do appreciate the
opportunity to work with you to enhance the appearance of your property.
With the close of 2004 we are looking forward to 2005 with the same commitment to quality
service you have come to expect from TruGreen*ChemI, awn.
To continue our working partnership, we have enclosed your Commercial Service Agreement
for 2005. Please correct any infon2ation (i.e. phone numbers, contact name, special instructions,
etc.) that is wrong or obsolete and if applicable include your fax number and email address.
We are again offering our custtmers a savings benefit of "locking" in your cost for up to 3
years. Simply choose a 1, 2 or 3 year service agreement thereby avoiding any price
increases for that period of time. Please sign, date and fax your Service Agreement to (651)
407-6456 or mail to us by 12/31/04 (preferably) to ensure your timely Spring 2005 lawn
application containing crabgrass control.
PleaSe :read your Commercial Service Agreement carefully. You may find we have included an
additional application or service that is recommended based on an evaluation of your property
during the 2004 season. If you choose not to include any hsted service shrtply draw a line
through it, place your initials there and we will omit that service from your program.
As the nation's leader in professional lawn and tree/shrub care and now landscape
management, our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Our Maintenance Program can
include mowing, irrigation, complete landscape design, installation and management. If you
