Thank you for using the services of Dalco Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. in past years. We truly
hope that our field techniCians were prompt, courteous, and responded to all of your roofmg
needs.
During the next several months, our department will perform fl~e annual roof maintenance
service for clients who have authorized us to continue with Dalco's Roof Maintenance Service.
This anm~al update will include a comprehensive roof inspection. At that time, we will be
investigating for developing deficiencies, abuse of the roof, weather related conditions, proper
mechanical additions, and structural deficiencies. If at the time of the inspection, we find major
deficiencies, you will receive a proposal for the recommended repair work. Photographs will be
included, where necessary, to support the recommendations. Upon completion of the am~ual
maintenance service, we will advise you of the corrected deficiencies.
Please sign the attached property listing as our authorization to proceed with the annual roof
maintenance service and return a copy via mail or facsimile. At the same time please provide us
with a listing of building tenants with addresses or a building's tenant layout.

Thank you for using the roof maintenance services of Daleo Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. in
2005. We have recently upgraded our roof maintenance services to include a web based roof
management program. The online program provides another source of communication to our
clients.
This program offers a maintenance service review with annual updates that will include a
comprehensive field survey analyzing your roof condition including all recommended roof
repairs carefully located on the roof planviews. Photographs will be included, where necessary,
to support the recommendations. The program also includes a budget forecast for maintenance
and future replacements. Further, the program also provides the ability to track maintenance
repairs.
Upon completion ofthe input of information regarding your roof, we provide a hard copy of the
report generated by the program to our clients. Additionally, the program allows our clients to

This program is being offered at a one-time fee of $300. With your continued use of Daleo, the
annual review will be provided at no cost. The report will then provide a proposal to correct any
necessary definicies.
