American Legal Publishing proposes to convert the Code of Ordinances of Columbia Heights, MN into Folio
VIEWS at the following prices:
Code of Ordinances:
1) Code converted into Folio VIEWS $795
(additional $75/hour for graphics)
2) Supplements of Folio (cost is in addition to editing charge for printed pages) $1.95/page*
(page refers to printed supplement page)
*Minimum Charge per supplement (assuming Folio update is in conjunction with
update to printed supplement; special pricing to be provided if Folio is updated more
often than the printed book):
Annual update $195
Update every 6 months $150 each
3) Code on the Interact (optional) $300 per year
Additional (Optional) Services:
1) Additional copies of CD ($50 license fee and $10 pressing fee) $60/each
2) On Site Installation and Training $695/day + travel
3) Phone Support no charge
4) Additional network licenses: $50 each
Unlimited licenses: $2,500
5) Folio Builder (production software for meeting minutes) $2,495
Time to Completion:
Number of days until complete Code on Folio 75 days
Number of Days for Updated Supplements 45 days
(to be sent shortly after supplements to printed code)
Terms: Due upon completion of project and receipt of invoice.
EXERCISE OF OPTIONS. The Municipality, by the initials of the person executing the agreement on its

Transmittal As Offer
The transmittal of this Agreement to Municipality is an offer by Publisher to perform the stated se~ices
at the price and upon the terms and conditions referenced above and shall be subject to acceptance by
Publisher's receipt of the agreement executed by Municipality no later than October 31, 2003 unless such
date is extended in writing by Publisher.
