BEING A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING AND DESIGNATING FUND BALANCES FROM
THE PARKING RAMP FUND 290 AND THE SHEFFIELD FUND 410 TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT DEVELOPMENT FUND 420.
WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights has accumulated fund balances in the Parking Ramp
Fund 290, and the Sheffield Fund 410 for the purpose of funding future redevelopment projects
in the City and,
WHEREAS, these funds would be more appropriately accounted for in a separate fund
designated for the purpose in which these funds were accumulated and,
WHEREAS, the City has established the area of 39th and Central Avenue, that includes the
Burger King property, a high redevelopment priority in Columbia Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following transfers be made and appropriated
for the acquisition of the Burger King property.
Transfer from the following funds:
290 Parking Ramp Fund
410 Sheffield Fund

Transfers to the following funds:
420 Capital Improvement Development
