HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2003-06RESOLUTION NO. 2003-06 BEING A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES WITHIN THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 8, CHAPTER 3 OF THE COLUMBIA HEIGHTS CITY CODE WHEREAS, the Columbia Heights City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1358 on October 13, 1997, establishing Section 8, Chapter 3 of the Columbia Heights Code entitled "Administrative Offenses;" and, WHEREAS, Subdivision 7 provides that penalties be imposed for violations of scheduled administrative offenses according to a schedule established and amended from time to time, by Resolution of the City Council; and, WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Columbia Heights City Council to amend said administrative offense penalty schedule.
